With 16 years experience in various sectors of food industry as development Director or general Director, Vincent Lafaye wished to dedicate his time to innovation and development.
That's why he founded FOOD DEVELOPMENT in April 2004, at the heart of France's leading area in agrifood production. Its core business is to offer R&D services to the food industry : innovation, development and improvement of the products, processes and packaging.
Besides, FOOD DEVELOPMENT believes that, in order to develop collaborations, we need to build industry & research projects. For that, FOOD DEVELOPMENT is also « Organisme de Recherche » (Accreditation from the French research ministry).

Since December 2006, FOOD DEVELOPMENT is located at the heart of the INRA center of Nantes, with which it has developed a close collaboration.
